Jenifer Dana Kaufman, Esquire has dedicated her legal career to the practice of workers’ compensation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Since May 1, 2013, she has been certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  Jenifer also received an AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

 

Jenifer has nearly 20 years of experience representing both employers and claimants in workers’ compensation matters.  In 2015 she served on the executive committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and remains an active member. She has also lectured multiple times about litigating pension offsets in workers’ compensation.

 

Jenifer received her B.A. from the George Washington University in 1994 and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997.  Jenifer brings to the Moritz Law Group an ability to assess workers’ compensation claims from both sides of the table.  

 

Jenifer and her daughter are volunteers for Forgotten Cats, a non-profit committed to the adoption of homeless cats and spay/neuter programs.  In addition to her daughter, she shares her home with her husband and their three cats, two adopted from Forgotten Cats and one which she rescued off the streets of Philadelphia in 2002.
