Matthew McKee

Background and Legal Career

Matt has been representing employers and insurance carriers in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters for over 18 years successfully defending new claims for benefits and putting an end to existing claims. He has represented local, national and international companies before the Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in Southeast, Northeast and Central Pennsylvania. For the majority of his career, Matt has worked in large law firms, so we are pleased to bring that extensive “big firm” experience to The Moritz Law Group, LLC where Matt will offer personalized attention to our clients.

Matt grew up in rural Avondale, Pennsylvania. He is a 1994 graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. where he majored in Justice, and a 1997 graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.

Matt currently resides in the East Falls section of Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys many outdoor activities especially running and hiking on his own and with his family.
